As the name suggests, bag making machine is a machine for making all kinds of plastic bags or other material bags. In the bag making process, reasonable adjustment of the machine is particularly important for production.

First of all, we should clearly see the specifications, types (such as side seal, middle seal, etc.), notch position, heat sealing line position, heat sealing line specifications and other requirements of the products.

Secondly, the parts shall be replaced according to the type of the product. If it is a middle sealed bag, the iron plate shall be replaced according to the width of the product (the width of the iron plate is generally 2 to 3 cm less than the width of the product). The bag making machine shall replace the heat sealing die according to the specification of the heat sealing line, and the feeding, beating and heating shall be adjusted according to the thickness and melting point of the material.

At the same time, according to the specification of the bag, first adjust the cutting position of the product to the position of the cutter, and then adjust the position of the heat sealing die according to the position of the heat sealing line of the product. Adjust the sensitivity of front and rear electric eyes and adjust the position of electric eyes according to the brightness of product pattern color.

During the bag making process, the bag making machine should often watch whether the heat sealing temperature of the product is moderate (the bag is wrinkled when the temperature is too hot, and the bag is not hot when the temperature is too low). Also often check whether the product specification, heat sealing position, heat sealing line specification and notch position meet the requirements.
